May the warmer days fuel your imagination and offer you moments of joy. Get outside or near a window when you can and notice things in nature transform from potential into realized power. Use this space to plant seeds, nurture them and watch them grow!
<aside> 🎨 What shapes, colors and textures are calling to you this spring? What does growth look and feel like to you this season? Create a mood board of words, photos, drawings, stickers—anything that will encourage you to turn your own potential into power, just as the buds turn into blooms.

Habits take consistency to make. It’s easier to commit to a new habit when it means something to you (an intention behind the goal—a why) **and when you link it with something you’re already doing (like drinking coffee or brushing your teeth). Then it’s all in the practice—show up everyday and be gentle with yourself (and jump right back in) when you inevitably miss a day. We all do. It’s how you get back up after you slip that makes the difference.
